Hi, it’s Ane. It’s been a while I’m away from Medium. But actually, I’m still around to dig any information and knowledge from Medium to maximize my copywriting potential. Since I’m rolling as a copywriter in a big retail shoe company in Indonesia, my goal has been to broaden my sales copy from content to optimization.

Sometimes it’s too overwhelming to saturate so many methods, tips, or copywriting experiences from the others. So here I am, trying to simplify those huge amounts of information into “ready to go casual notes” to enhance our copywriting skills.

And, what I’ve discovered is that copywriting is a creative field that goes beyond sophisticated wordplay. At its core, the optimized copy is strategically coordinated data used to better persuade others to take interest in our business.

Analyze customers reviews to cater their concerns

Not only in our farm, but determine to analyze customers reviews in a competitors or benchmark area is also substansial. In this case, we should focus to understand and cater every costumers concerns that they delivered through our social medias.

If we receive high phrase for it’s quality, we should write a copy that emphasizes this aspect. Then if we…
